IHSG Still in the Red, But These Stocks Are Worth Watching-Opportunities Amid Pressure

The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) tumbled at the start of this week. After plunging more than 3.5% earlier in the session, the index managed to trim some of its losses and eventually closed down 1.87% or 154.57 points lower at 8,117.15 on Monday (October 27, 2025).
Trading activity was notably high, with a total transaction value reaching Rp 29.70 trillion, involving 39.32 billion shares across 2.87 million transactions. Out of all traded shares, 488 stocks declined, 215 advanced, and 107 remained unchanged.
Meanwhile, foreign investors recorded a significant net buy, amounting to Rp 1.20 trillion across all markets. In detail, Rp 341.06 billion came from the regular market, while Rp 855.94 billion was recorded in the negotiated and cash markets.
Nevertheless, several stocks appeared in the foreign sell list. According to Stockbit, here are the top ten stocks with the highest net foreign sell during Monday’s trading session:

PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk. (BUVA) – Rp 32.00 billion
PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk. (DSSA) – Rp 29.66 billion
PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk. (CBDK) – Rp 25.53 billion
PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. (KLBF) – Rp 25.25 billion
PT Impack Pratama Industry Tbk. (IMPC) – Rp 21.90 billion
