DIGIVESTASI - The prices of basic commodities have decreased today. In fact, the prices of sugar and garlic are also said to have fallen today. Only the prices of cooking oil, fish and processed salt have increased. Also the price of corn at the farm level. In fact, the price of rice has been fluctuating, while the price of sugar tends to keep increasing.

In contrast, the price of high-quality and medium-quality rice at large traders today rose by Rp80 and Rp50 respectively. It became premium grade at IDR 14,220/kg and medium grade at IDR 12,140/kg. 
And reportedly, the price of granulated sugar at large traders today fell by Rp70 to Rp14,910/kg. 

The Food Authority's price panel notes that the price of plain packaging cooking oil continues to rise. Today the price rose by IDR 10 to IDR 17,900 per liter. A week ago, on May 15, the price was recorded at IDR 17,870/liter. 

The price of mackerel and milkfish today rose by Rp190 and Rp280 respectively to Rp37,050/kg and Rp33,370/kg. 
Meanwhile, the price of iodized fine salt rose by Rp30 to Rp11,500/kg.

- premium rice down Rp50 to Rp15,470 per kg
- medium rice decreased by Rp40 to Rp13,450 per kg
- shallots decreased by Rp220 to Rp47,870 per kg
- garlic decreased by Rp20 to Rp42,840 per kg
- curly red chili down Rp230 to Rp46,630 per kg
- red cayenne pepper decreased by IDR370 to IDR44,010 per kg
- pure beef down Rp200 to Rp135,500 per kg
- purebred chicken meat decreased by IDR50 to IDR38,080 per kg
- purebred chicken eggs down Rp130 to Rp30,460 per kg
- sugar decreased by Rp20 to Rp18,370 per kg
- bulk wheat flour down Rp10 to Rp10,370 per kg
- bulk cooking oil down Rp20 to Rp15,810 per kg
- tuna fell by Rp60 to Rp31,440 per kg.

These prices are national daily averages at the retail level.
