DIGIVESTASI - Indonesia's richest people lost almost 1% of their wealth overnight. The decline in the assets of Indonesian conglomerates was observed in line with the declining performance of the Indonesian capital market due to global geopolitical sentiment. Citing Forbes Real-time Billionaires data, Indonesia's richest man Prajogo Pangestos recorded the biggest decline in wealth of 4.18% today, Tuesday (April 23, 2024).
This petrochemical entrepreneur lost around $2.2 billion or around Rp 35.7 trillion, automatically reducing his net worth to $50.5 billion or around Rp 819 trillion. Low Tuck Kwong's second position experienced a decrease in assets of -0.85%. The founder of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) lost around $222 million or around IDR 3.6 trillion and his net worth automatically fell to $25.7 billion.
