DIGIVESTASI - PANI Shares Continue to Decline Amid Tangerang Seawall Controversy, The stock price of PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) has been on a downward trend over the past month, amid ongoing controversy surrounding the seawall project in Tangerang, Banten.

 

In the past month, shares of the company owned by tycoon Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan, reached a peak of IDR 18,175 per share on January 9. However, the decline has continued, with PANI shares trading at IDR 12,300 per share as of Thursday afternoon (January 30).

 

The majority shareholder of PANI is PT Multi Artha Pratama, holding 89.92% of the shares, while the remaining 10.08% is owned by the public.

 

According to public disclosures, PANI is part of the same group as another publicly listed company, PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK). PANI holds a 45.9% stake in CBDK, while PT Agung Sedayu owns 22%, PT Tunas Mekar Jaya 22.05%, and the public 10%.

 

CBDK Stock Experienced Unusual Price Surge

CBDK was newly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on January 13, 2025. During its initial trading session, CBDK shares were priced at IDR 4,060 per share.

 

However, within days, the IDX flagged CBDK for unusual market activity (UMA) on January 20 due to an abnormal price increase.

 

"Regarding the occurrence of UMA on these shares, we inform you that the Exchange is currently monitoring the transaction patterns of these shares," stated the IDX announcement on Monday (January 20), as quoted from kumparan.com on January 30, 2025.
